Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - 20 hours per week

Come join our team and be part of a positive patient experience for our patients in West Nyack, NY. We have an opportunity for a Part Time LPN who can work 20-24 hours per week. New graduates are welcome to apply and training provided!

May perform phlebotomy and/or injections for the patient and make patient callbacks with lab test results and diagnosis.

Licensed New graduates in the LPN program are welcome to apply! Training is available.

QUALIFICATIONS

HS diploma or GED required. Associate degree preferred. 1-2 years' experience as an LPN within a Physician practice preferred. BLS Certification required. NYS LPN License, Current NYS Registration required. Familiarity with using an electronic medical records system preferred. Effective communication skills with patients and their family members, physicians and other members of the multidisciplinary health care team.
