Part -Time Family Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - AdventHealth - Lafayette

AdventHealth Medical Group, Rocky Mountain Region is seeking a Family Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.

AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG) is a sister organization of AdventHealth with over 600 Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers in 27 individual service lines in Colorado. We have 5 hospitals, 8 freestanding emergency and urgent care centers and 6 ambulatory surgery centers. This aligned model and practice management experience provides the opportunity for the clinicians to focus on the clinical aspects of medicine.

27 Primary Clinics conveniently located throughout the Denver Metro Area.

5 Hospitals located throughout the Denver Metro Area.

Collaborative, collegial team that is passionate about providing patient focused care and collaborates well with a robust network of specialists.

Large internal referral network and ability to build on existing patient base .

EPIC- electronic health record system integrated throughout all hospital and practice locations .

Qualifications :

Team Player with patient-first mindset

Minimum of two Years experience relevant to Family Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

Must have completed a master's Level of an accredited program for Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

Current, unres t ricted full PA / APN license to practice in Colorado

Current Colorado DEA Licensure

NCCPA Certification
AANP Certification

American Heart Association certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support
