Part- Time Route Optimization Specialist

We are immediately hiring a Part- Time Route Optimization Specialist in Brisbane, CA.

As a Route Optimization Specialist, you will:

• Work with drivers, supervisors, and management to improve the routing process.
• Provide logistical expertise to evaluate, design, and implement optimal routing solutions.
• Design, implement, maintain, improve, and modify routes for Bulky Item Collection (BIC) and cart delivery.
• Conduct on-route activities, such as riding along with drivers.
• Provide feedback to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong logistical expertise and experience in route optimization.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• High energy level, self-motivation, enthusiasm, and ability to work independently.
• Sufficient skill with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computer data entry.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform heavy physical effort (lifting, pushing, pulling), walk, bend, and work in various temperature conditions.
• Flexibility for occasional hours during peak season.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug test.

Pay Rate: $47/Hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
