Who You'll Work With

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including AWS industry leaders, sales teams, solution architects, and Slalom's internal marketing and enablement teams. Together, we leverage cutting-edge technologies and industry best practices to deliver innovative and scalable solutions tailored to our clients' unique needs.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the submission process for multiple local market funding requests by pulling together comprehensive packages that align with AWS's funding programs.
  • Identify and implement best practices for funding submissions and develop templates and standardized processes to streamline and simplify funding requests.
  • Design and implement content and services that simplify the funding process, making it easier for teams to access and utilize available funding resources and position with customers.
  • Oversee and manage engagement across AWS's multiple funding programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and maximizing available funding opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure all funding submissions are accurate, timely, and optimized for success.
  • Develop customer-facing and internal content and collateral that effectively communicates funding opportunities, processes, and success stories.
  • Ensure the timely collection of funds and oversee the appropriate distribution of resources to the relevant teams and markets.

What You'll Bring
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy and completeness in all funding submissions and related tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to develop and implement standardized processes and tools to simplify complex tasks.
  • A proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and creating solutions that drive efficiency and success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex processes clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Experience in partner development, alliance programs, funding management, or a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with AWS funding programs and cloud technologies is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $49,000 to $198,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
