About the Team:

We are looking for a Marketing Technology Partnerships Lead to join our Monetization Product Partnerships team. You will be helping build a robust partnership ecosystem to support TikTok's product offerings. TikTok's Product Partners span a large and diverse ecosystem of actors, all playing an essential role in bringing product innovation and services to make advertisers successful on the platform. In this role, you will be exposed to various verticals ranging from retail to media and will play a critical role in driving alignment across product and business teams to maximize synergies with the partner ecosystem.

As a Marketing Technology Partnerships Lead, you will oversee a team of partner managers who develop and nurture high-level relationships, secure incremental growth, and deliver clear and attributable value back to enhance long-term partnership success.

We are looking for a self-starter with excellent attention to detail who is ready to learn and take on new challenges as we continue to build strategic partnerships for TikTok for Business. The team's culture mirrors that of a small start-up; a team of entrepreneurs and leaders with an eye for what's next.

This is a pivotal role that requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills, proven industry experience, and the capability to work across countries, continents, and cultures.

Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver a clear strategy to accelerate our Marketing Technology Partnerships efforts
- Responsible for the development of the partner ecosystem across various product lines: web, shop, lead gen, and search ads.
- Build and nurture high-level and reliable key partner relationships at an executive level
- Co-create annual Joint Business Partner agreements that include growth, product adoption, and revenue
- Confidently lead collaborative workstreams with Product, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and other XFNs to capture the full potential for both TikTok and partners
- Drive product and partner adoption and provide ongoing education about new and existing Tiktok marketing partner products.
- Develop scaled approaches and processes for in-market activity and communication.
- Represent Tiktok in external meetings with executives from other companies while displaying the highest personal integrity and ethics.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:
- Several years of experience in Partnerships, Advertising Technology, Business Development
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with peers and managers, both internally and externally.
- Experience presenting to internal and external audiences at all levels of seniority.
- Experience defining, developing and leading projects.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Quantitative/analytical experience.
- Experience working as part of an international team.
- Strong product acumen
