RemX Staffing is assisting a client in Broward County, FL in hiring Part-Time Call Center Agents to work 7pm-11pm on a remote basis. Please find details below.

MUST RESIDE IN BROWARD COUNTY AND BE ABLE TO PICK UP EQUIPMENT

Call Center Agent Role:

The Call Center Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolutions to our members. This role will take inbound calls to assist people with scheduling regular meal deliveries Telecommunication based customer interaction to answer and resolve a variety of inquiries. This is high volume, customer service environment. You'll need to be efficient, productive, and thorough dealing with our members over the phone.

Contract Position- potential to go longer

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide resolution for customers.
• Serve as single point of contact for customers and build a strong relationship supporting them.
• Respond to and own consumer inquiries/issues.
• Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests.
• Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance.
• Conduct proactive research on assigned member accounts to identify service issues.

Schedule:

Training is Monday to Friday 7PM-11PM for the first 1-2 weeks.

After, the schedule is 7pm-11pm. You will be scheduled 5 days between Monday-Sunday.

Compensation:

$17.00/hourly - weekly pay

• Must have 2+ years of relevant experience
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must have strong customer service experience
