Job Description
PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The PT Coordinator III will be responsible for m aintain ing the Teaching and Learning Center (TLC) website and intranet site, provid ing technical support, facilitat ing staff professional development sessions, and track ing the check-out of instructional materials from the TLC.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Uses technical proficiency in major instructional hardware and software, typically developed through job-related training and on-the-job experience
- Demonstrated computer literacy with common office software, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.
- Ability to learn new systems and train others on them
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee sits comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking ; standing; bending; carrying of light items, such as papers, books, or small parts; or driving an automobile. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
WORK SCHEDULE AND CONDITIONS:
- Equipment used includes, PC workstation running on a LAN in a Microsoft Windows environment, calculator, phone and other general office equipment
- Interface with internal and external contacts as needed to carry out the functions of the position
- Work is performed in a climate-controlled office with minimal exposure to safety hazards
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate's degree and at least 1 year of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Hourly Pay Rate is $20.36
