Part-Time Logistics Administrator

$20/hr

Stable and growing company located in Romeoville is seeking a Logistics Administrator who can work in a fast-paced environment to join their team on a part-time basis! Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for working within Excel to build load boards for upcoming shipments of freight across the United States
• Assisting the 3PL Load Planner with administrative and data entry projects
• Investigating for more freight opportunities
• Responsible for building Rate Cons (load agreement) to send to customers
• Responsible for maintaining Load boards and organizing future freight opportunities within internal systems
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Year(s) of Experience: 1+ year of logistics experience

Education: HS Degree

Software: MS Excel experience (reviewing/creating spreadsheets)

AR: Load Planning experience is a HUGE PLUS!
