As the Office/Accounting Administrator, you will primarily be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and/or editing various forms of correspondence. You will manage inbound and outbound communications, act as a first point of contact, and provide general information to staff, clients, and suppliers. You must adapt to new technology and deal with clients, vendors, and contractors.

To thrive, you should have:
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems is preferred.
  • Valid Passport preferred, not mandatory (annual travel to Canada may be required)


Your responsibilities as the Office/Accounting Administrator will include:
  • Organize, maintain, and coordinate office records and files.
  • Maintain and monitor office supply inventory levels, place orders, and requirements, and arrange equipment servicing.
  • Administer and manage inbound and outbound communications
  • Answer telephone and electronic inquiries, relay telephone calls, and messages, and refer and/or redirect calls, emails, or visitors as required.
  • Prepare and/or assist in preparing reports or compiling data for various reports.
  • Maintain year-end working papers and spreadsheets and assist with preparation for any internal or external audits or independent reviews being conducted.
  • Process and enter invoices for payments, match invoices with purchase orders, and check for accuracy.
