We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Pastry Lead Cook to join our culinary team. The Pastry Lead Cook will be responsible for overseeing the production of a wide range of baked goods, desserts, and pastries. This individual will lead the pastry team, ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, and creativity are maintained. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry arts, excellent leadership skills, and a dedication to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

This is an hourly position with compensation ranging from $25-$26.79.

• A Culinary degree or related experience is preferred.
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Proven experience as a Pastry Cook in a high-volume restaurant, bakery, or hospitality establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and trends.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, AM or PM shifts
