The Pastry Cook is responsible for supporting the hotel's culinary team in all aspects of desserts and baking. The primary duty of the Pastry Cook is to prepare high quality pastries, cookies, breads, cakes and desserts for the hotel based on established guidelines, keep work area clean and organized and conduct his or her self in a positive professional manner. Assisting in other areas of the kitchen may be required.
