Patient Access Representative - Pediatric Outpatient Rehab

Overview:
  • Under general supervision of the Team Leader, Rehab Operations, perform a variety of office support, coordination of various patient care processes and other related duties in accordance with established Rehabilitation Services department policies and procedures.

  • Patient Check in
  • Patient Check Out
  • Inbound Calls
  • outbound calls
  • transferring patients phone numbers

Must Have Skills/Qualifications:
  • Front Desk healthcare exp
  • Experience in a busy setting
  • EMR Experience

Nice to Have Skill:
  • Great attitude, excited to work
  • EPIC experience

Schedule/Shift:
  • M-F 8am - 4:30pm

Pay Rate:

$16.39 - $27.50/hour
