Overview
Serves as the primary point of contact for all requests for services to the health care system.
ResponsibilitiesHandles incoming and outgoing calls including but not limited to new patient orientation, department scheduling, and asking to speak with a clinician. Documents patient information within various electronic systems. Performs other duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with 1-2 years of experience working in an administrative support role in a customer service, healthcare environment and/or in communications required.
- Must be available to work as needed based on current demand.
- Must be able to use computer/phone for extended periods of time.
- Outstanding ability to use multiple software programs and equipment in a fast paced environment while assisting others.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal service skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team required.
- Demonstrated initiative and self-accountability with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Complying with D-H policies and standards for all actions related to their role.
