As a non-profit community hospital, Fitzgibbon Hospital is vital to the health and well-being of the communities it serves in the Marshall, MO and surrounding area. We are looking for a self-driven compassionate Patient Accounts Representative to join our Long Term Care team. We offer a competitive salary and benefit package.

The Billing Office Manager is responsible for:

• All Facility billing, accounts receivable (AR), and collection activities in addition to achieving cash collection and AR goals for the Facility.
• Works with other department heads to ensure compliance with financial, regulatory, and other requirements.
• May also manage accounts payable (AP) and payroll functions of the Facility.

Shift:

• Full-Time - 40 hours per week
• 8a-4:30p
• Monday through Friday

• Billing/Accouting experience

• Achievement oriented: enjoys taking on challenges, and willing to research and find answers. Knowledgeable of current Medicare and designated payor billing rules.
• Independent: enjoys working with little direction. Understand the end goal and takes ownership in achieving that goal.

Position Requirements

Willing to train motivated candidate

• HS diploma or equivalent
• Good general computer skills
• Familiar with Medicare/Medicaid (preferred)
• Previous Healthcare experience (preferred)
