Position Summary
The Patient Satisfaction Liaison position will effectively partner with leadership and staff throughout the hospital to reinforce a positive patient experience. Using the vision and mission of the organization as a framework, the Patient Satisfaction Liaison will assist in providing leadership and accountability for programs that impact the patient experience to accomplish the growth and service objectives as established by the management team. He/she will establish and maintain strong relationships with leadership teams. The Patient Satisfaction Liaison works to collect data, analyze findings, assist in planning/implementation to develop communication of staff that stresses the critical importance of exemplary customer service at every level of the organization.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

- Minimum Education: Bachelor Degree required.
- Minimum Experience: One (1) year experience in a position with skills in team building, education, goal achievement, and successful project management to achieve change. Strong background in leadership and the use of data to improve processes. Customer Service/Patient Satisfaction training. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong knowledge of customer service best practices.
