Responsibilities*

Opens, closes and maintains clinic schedules for Graduate Periodontics. Schedules surgeries including surgeries requiring IV sedation and other patient appointments. Coordinates same day appointments with other clinics and offices.

Required Qualifications*

Previous Experience in a healthcare environment. Demonstrate customer service skills and telephone ettiquette. Provide excellent customer service and be able to respond to patient concerns in a professional manner. Excellent communication skills. Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and work effectively with frequent interruptions in a very busy environment. Excellent punctuality and attendance record.

This position is located at the School of Dentistry at 1011 N University Ave.
