Patient Services Specialist (PSS), Ocala

Will handle most clerical duties associated with a medical clinic
Assist in scheduling new patient appointments, checking patients in, check patients out
Assemble new patient and hospital follow up charts, and prepare patient charts
Prep charts ahead for physicians making sure records are up to date with results and information
Reviewing referrals scheduling, etc.
Will be checking in and/or directing 60-120 patients/day

MH HS Diploma or GED
Strong ability to multitask
Great interpersonal skills
Strong customer service experience
Healthcare front desk experience Check-in/check-out or experience in a clinical call center
Computer proficiency
**Must be able to clear a nicotine test for onboarding (including vaping and e-cigarettes)
