Description

As a Patient Transport Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining day to day operations of team members positioning, transferring and transporting patients to and from various departments or locations by wheelchair, bed, or gurney and lifting, turning, transferring and repositioning patients requiring moderate to total assistance. You may also perform teaching and training functions, dispatching function, and clerical duties for the Logistics function. Other role requirements include:

• Equipment maintenance, cleaning and disinfection
• Assisting in the management of decedent affairs
• Training new hire staff joining Patient Transport, Lift Team, Logistics.
• Guiding and instructing Patient Transport, Lift Team and Logistic Techs on how to perform their assigned duties and maintaining daily huddles.
• Serves as Department Safe Patient Handling Champion
• Maintaining and posting daily shift activity logs and productivity
• Conducting administrative walkthroughs to ensure Techs quality of work is in compliance.
• Serving as the Department liaison to conduct service interactions and recoveries

Salary Range: $31.03- $65.90 Hourly
