A uburn Community Hospital is a 99 bed, rural hospital located in Cayuga County. Serving a population of over 80,000, we are the largest employer in the county. Our radiology department is looking for their next Patient/Material Transport.
This person will be responsible for transporting patients to and from the department for their x-ray examinations, assisting physicians and technologists in locating x-rays and reports, scheduling call reports, filing reports and films, some clerical duties and other duties as assigned.
Mon-Fri, 8a-4p. No weekends or call required.
Qualifications:
Must be a HS grad or equivalent.
Must possess excellent communication skills.
Must be able to bend, twist, pull, push, stand and lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be CPR certified.
Experience working in a healthcare setting preferable.
