Our growing Mesa client has a newly created opportunity for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist. To support their scaled organizational growth, this role will focus on multi-state payroll and benefits administration for their 300+ employees.

What you`ll do:

• Payroll: Processing bi-weekly (alternating schedules) multi-state payroll (currently AZ, UT, TX). 300+ primarily Non-Exempt employees.
• Benefits Administration: Add/remove participants, invoice reconciliation, Open Enrollment support.

What they`re seeking:

• 1+ year prior multi-state payroll processing experience
• BambooHR experience a plus
• Keen listening skills with an `of service` mentality
• Genuinely great customer service skills with a willingness to help employees.
