A Fortune 500 client is looking for an Payroll Specialist to join a team to reconcile and make monthly or weekly payments to union benefit groups. This specialist will pull reports, reconcile and compare the benefit reports and tie them out. They should have an ability to understand numbers well, and have strong problem solving skills as many of the payments are not the same. The team makes about 700 payment combinations per month through their SAP system. They will work in excel or file reports on individual websites, so prior Excel experience is helpful in this role. This individual needs to work with a strong sense of urgency, as they have hard deadlines that need to be met.

Prior reconciliation experience
Knowledge of using Excel
