Payroll Support Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a Payroll Support Analyst to support a Healthcare client in Cleveland, Tennessee. This person will be responsible for providing customer service to facility staff in order to support payroll processes. Additional responsibilities will include assisting in the training of payroll applications, providing solutions to payroll-specific inquiries, and troubleshooting recurring issues within the application.

Required Skills & Experience
- Highschool diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience processing payroll
- Experience utilizing automated payroll applications
- Knowledge of payroll taxes and end-of-year procedures

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Associate's degree
- Experience using ADP
