Mission:

• To serve the Branch Network by leading the Project Equipment logistics team to efficiently mobilize the right gear at the right time, in job ready condition.

Success Metrics:

• Logistics NPS > 50%
• Service Success 100%
• Minimize transportation cost and maximize multi-stop loads
• Launching one equipment coordinator per year to other internal company opportunities

Responsibilities and Principal Duties:

• Logistics strategy
• Distribute project workload to logistics team
• Coordinate companywide project equipment needs
• Ensure the equipment request process is understood and followed by all project teams
• Manage the organization, labeling and storage of all PEG equipment
• Give input on equipment additions and track on utilization trends
• Intercompany billing
• Review of all equipment transactions on a monthly basis to ensure full and accurate revenue
• Branch Leadership Team Member
• Part of all branch leadership team activities and responsibilities
• Team development
• Leadership development for logistics and yard teams
• Technical knowledge development for logistics team and yard
• Companywide support
• Respond to requests from fleet services, sales, engineering and field leadership
• Inventory management
• Accurately track current locations and availability of all "project type" equipment
• Maintain and update the companywide Master Inventory List
• Request and log companywide annual inventories
• Manage the organization, labeling and storage of all PEG equipment
• Maintain an effective yard storage plan
• Special focus on structural equipment
• Ensure equipment looks on brand and is kept on brand in a financially effective manner
• Special focus on load securement requirement and DOT

Education: Bachelor's degree or sufficient experience required.
