PER DIEM RN FOR ASSESSMENTS

RN NEEDED FOR PER DIEM WORK;

• NYS Registered Nurse

• This is a position that would go between areas in the region; Herkimer County, Albany County, Montgomery County, Fulton County, Greene County.

• Must have recent experience performing and entering UAS assessments for adult patients (preferably in an assisted living setting)

o Assessments must be done in person during hours that are acceptable to the home/residents

o Paperwork can be potentially done remotely

• Experience in doing UAS assessment to achieve RUG scores as it relates to physical/occupational/ speech therapy STRONGLY preferred

• Experience with OASIS assessments preferred but not required
