  • Four- or five-day work week
  • Outpatient only with 1:6 nurse triaged call
  • Lab, X-ray, CT scan and MRI onsite
  • Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support
  • Provider team consists of three physicians and two APP's
  • 15 - 20 patients per day
  • EPIC Electronic Medical Record
  • Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m
