Our client, a pharmaceutical manufacturing company is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and knowledge of cGMP, GDP, USP and FDA regulations which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Associate
Location: Cambridge, MA
Pay Range: $34-$38/hr
Multiple Shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Produce pharmaceutical components and products by operating and monitoring GMP equipment, adjusting equipment controls, performing actions as specified by production batch records (BPRs), adhering to aseptic behaviors, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment by following cGMPs
• Operation and performance on equipment used in the manufacturing unit processes.
• Perform the weighing of manufacturing ingredients and the manufacturing of the intermediate formulations.
• Documentation, data entry, and computer software with compliant systems.
• Participation in continuous safety and environmental inspections. Maintain continuous inventory control using computerized system.
• Must be willing and able to work in rotating shifts, extended periods, and/or overtime when required.

Requirements

• Associates degree in an area of life sciences with a minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing production in biopharma or Bachelors' degree in an area of life sciences with 1 year of experience in manufacturing production.
