Position Information:
The Pharmacist provides pharmaceutical services safely accurately and timely by reviewing physician's orders dispensing drugs and providing drug information to other health professionals according to established procedures.
The Emergency Department Clinical Pharmacist position requires a close and effective working relationship with other departments in the health system; supports clinical initiatives implemented in the ED; and assists with education and training of pharmacy residents and students.
Experience Requirements:
1 Year Fellowship/Internship/Residency - Related Area Or 3 Years Clinical - Pharmacist Preferred
Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy Or Doctorate Pharmacy Required
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Licensed Pharmacist Required
Hours of Work:
primarily 2nd shift (2:00-10:30pm)
Weekend Requirements:
Every Third
Call Requirements:
as needed
