Insight Global is seeking a Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) for a client located in Exton, PA. The PIC ensures compliance with policies, maintains 24-hour accountability, and oversees pharmacy security. They supervise staff, manage dispensing, and participate in patient information management/care operations. The PIC handles clinical monitoring, drug selection, and provides drug information. They develop policies, ensure maintenance, and manage quality programs. Daily tasks include opening procedures, prescription filling, and supervising compounding processes, all in compliance with laws.

Weekly: Download price updates, prepare reports, and meet with staff to plan meetings, training, and quality improvements.
Monthly: Dispose of outdated items, sign off on documentation, file logs, perform quality tests, send samples for testing, monitor accreditation policies, and track data with the operations manager.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ year of experience in a compounding pharmacy or any sterile compounding experience
- Familiarity with 503B Medication/Cat 3 Medications
- Currently Licensed and in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy
- BS or Pharm D. Degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Pharmacy licensure in multiple states
