Responsibilities

The Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for drug distribution, clinical interventions, medication errors/adverse drug action reporting, and teaching, training and continuing education within our Emergency Department.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree
• Valid and current NJ Pharmacy License
• 2+ years of pharmacy experience
• ACLS certified
• PGY1 Pharmacy Residency
• Experience in unit dose and IV Admixture

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Previous hospital pharmacy experience
• Prior Emergency Department experience
• PGY2 Pharmacy Residency in Emergency Medicine
