Clinical Pharmacist, PRN

Work hours: PRN- working as needed. While PRN hours are not guaranteed, it is anticipated that this role will work approximately 10 hours weekly.

Here's What You Need

Education
Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy Required Or
Other Pharm.D. Required And
Other - CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency Required

Experience
None required

At least 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience is preferred

Licenses and Certifications
PHAR - Pharmacist Upon Hire Required

Skills
Proficiency in written and verbal English language, computer and basic math

What You Will Do

The Pharmacist is responsible for communicating effectively, building positive professional relationships and role modeling teamwork as well as timely and accurate support of medication distribution including medication order verification and oversight of pharmacy technician responsibilities. In addition, the Pharmacist will provision of clinical pharmacy services for the safe and efficient patient care while ensuring the accuracy of one's own work as well as maintaining required competencies and other documentation.
