Overview
Responsible for maintaining the policy and procedure library of the Central Supply Pharmacy services as well as monitoring applicable regulatory sites for rule changes affecting Central Supply Pharmacy. Typical roles and responsibilities will include DSCSA audits, regulatory readiness assessments, and staff training.

This is a full time 40hr/week benefited position. Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm (flexible)

Responsibilities
  • Ensures all policy and procedures are reviewed on an annual basis through the online policy system.
  • Ensures that the department is compliant with federal, state and industry regulations and standards via regular internal reviews and audits to ensure compliance procedures are followed.
  • Helps assess product, compliance or operational risks and develop risk management strategies.
  • Maintains departmental contracts and uploads into a centralized contract and document management database.
  • Reviews and researches all errors within the online error reporting system.
  • Provides training when applicable to any or all employees of retail and specialty pharmacy.
  • Routinely checks state and federal regulatory sites for changes and updates leadership on official/proposed rule changes.
  • Works with leadership to provide reporting when necessary
  • Performs audits to ensure controlled substances and invoices are dispensed and stored properly.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned.

  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Two years pharmacy experience preferred
    • Strong communication skills.


    Required Licensure/Certifications

    - Registered with the NH Board of Pharmacy as a registered technician - PTCB within 9 months of hire - BLS Certification within 30 days of hire if required to administer immunizations
