Position Summary:

The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations of the pharmacy, including staff supervision, customer service, inventory management, regulatory compliance, and financial performance. The role involves ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications, maintaining high standards of customer care, and promoting the pharmacy's services.

Position Requirements:
  • Completion of pharmacy program from an accredited school
  • Current IL Pharmacist license in good standing
  • Meets continuing education requirements per the IL Department of Professional Regulation
  • At least 3 years of experience in a hospital pharmacy stetting
  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Proficiency or ability to learn and utilize an electronic health record, pharmacy management software, and Microsoft Office Suite
