Duties will include:

• Compounding sterile products and chemotherapy
• Filling automated dispensing cabinets
• Triaging phone calls
• Assisting with department billing
• Completing unit-dose medications
• Maintaining department logs and performing unit inspections.

Requirements include:

• completion of accredited course work and/or work experience for eligibility to take the PTCB exam
• Pharmacy technician certification (CPhT) and Illinois Pharmacy Technician licensure.
• Hospital/acute care and sterile compounding experience preferred.
