Member Duties : The PHENND Fellow will build and maintain relationships with local communities to hold informational workshops on the court system, assess areas for improvement in any court-related legal resources and partner with volunteer attorneys, judges, activists and community leaders to address the legal needs of each community. Furthermore, the PHENND Fellow will expand our PMC Watches program, training and managing volunteers to observe court cases, analyzing and evaluating collected data and reporting on court issues. The Fellow will initiate new partnerships with Philadelphia law schools to grow our volunteer base and look to start observation programs within other courts in the Philadelphia area.
