Fulltime - 40 hours per week

Hours: Monday - Friday, hours will vary between 8am-9pm (8 hours shifts), weekend and holiday rotations are required

Working as a Phlebotomist at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center you will:

● Perform approved specimen collection procedures, point-of-care testing services and processing

● Provide education/information and support to patients and families concerning tests and specimen acquisition

● Assist in special projects, evaluations, experiments or research

● Have the opportunity to gain advanced phlebotomy skills such as ultrasound guided venipuncture and scalp vein acce

Qualifications:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Job Requirements:

● High school diploma or equivalent

● 2 years of Phlebotomy or other relevant Clinical Lab specimen collection experience OR completion of a Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant program

Preferred Qualifications:

● Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certification
