Shift: 2nd

Schedule: 1400-2230 five shifts per week, flexibility in start/end time is required to meet departmental needs. This work schedule does include weekends and holidays as needed in addition to on call rotation.

Job Summary:

Performs various routine duties associated with patient encounters; works effectively with other healthcare personnel to provide efficient and effective services; promotes efficient and high-quality care and satisfaction; establishes and directs the daily workflow of the Phlebotomy team.

EXPERIENCE:

• A minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience in clinical lab setting.
• Demonstrated upward progression in Phlebotomy or Clinical Lab setting is required.

EDUCATION:

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Graduate of approved Phlebotomy Training program is preferred.

LICENSURE:

• ASCP certification is preferred.
