The Hospital of Central Connecticut is an acute-care community teaching hospital providing comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services in general medicine and surgery, as well as a wide variety of specialties. Position Description : Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapy Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant performs delegated functions as a member of the rehabilitation team by providing multi-skilled services. This role contributes to the successful operation of the work area, and functions in accordance with all existing regulatory and company standards, policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent experience required.
Strong computer skills.
Critical Success Factors:
Ability to solve problems and communicate clearly and effectively with others. Excellent customer service skills.
Minimum of 1 year work experience preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
CPR validation may be required within 3 months of hire depending upon work area specific requirement.
