Title: Physical Security Analyst
Location: Brickell
Schedule: 5 days on-site
Duration: Direct Hire Full Time
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US

Position Summary:
The Physical Security Analyst is responsible for supporting the physical security programs and policies of Kaseya. This role will will include conducting risk assessments, routine reporting and audit, and responding to security incidents.

Primary Responsibilities
Manage permissions and access levels for employees, contractors, and visitors.
Ensure secure and efficient entry and exit procedures
Respond to security incidents including support of HR on employee related matters.
Prepare reports documenting KPIs and metrics related to physical security matters.

Qualifications/Education:
Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP) preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in physical security management, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Experience working in or with law enforcement a plus
• Strong knowledge of security systems, technologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
• Proficiency in security-related software and systems.

Working Conditions:
This position will require occasional travel between company sites. Must be available to respond to security incidents outside of regular working hours as needed. Must be available to support offsite event functions as needed which may be off hours.
