We are looking for an Physical Therapist to join our growing team! Ridgeview Health & Rehab Center has been serving the area for over 50 years. Our facility is located close to local hospitals. We provide post-acute services, rehabilitative services, skilled nursing, short and long term care. This is complemented by Therapy services, Social Services, Activities, Nutritional Services. With over 100 years of combined experience, our staff of professionals is here to meet the needs of each and every patient and resident.

Function : Provides patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment and consultation to a general rehab caseload. Participates in the clinical team process; Provides teaching and training to care giver staff; Involvement in clinical program development Supervises other registered therapists, assistants, technicians, aides and students as required. In programs with two or more occupational therapists/assistants, may provide additional administrative duties as assigned.

This can be a Full Time or Part Time position:

• Bachelor of Science or Master of Science Degree in PT. One year of clinical experience required. Ability to function effectively in multi-faceted systems and to interact effectively with all levels of staff and customers.
• Current licensure in the state of hire by Board of Allied Health Professionals required. Current membership in professional organizations at the state of national level preferred.
