We are looking for a self-driven compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Rehabilitation Services Department. We offer a competitive salary and benefit package.

Shift:

• Full time 80 hours every 2 weeks
• 8:00am-4:30pm
• Rotating schedule Saturday's (approximately every 4 weeks, usually 2-4 hours)

Preferred:

• Experience using an electronic medical record.

Candidate needs to have the following:

Physical Therapist will perform physical therapy evaluation and treatment in a professional manner; perform patient/client evaluations, treatment planning, and implementation of individual programs to achieve functional goals, incorporating patient, family, and physician expectations.
