Aspirus Wisconsin Rapids Home Health in Wisconsin Rapids, WI is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant to join our field team!

Hours: Full Time or .8 FTE, 64 hours every 2 weeks. Day shift between 8am - 5pm

Experience/Qualifications

• Knowledge of physical therapy assistant standards and practices normally acquired through completion of a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant, or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Wisconsin and/or Michigan PT or PTA licensure required.
• Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire
• Possesses and maintains a valid Driver's License required.
• Possesses automobile liability insurance with $100,000/$300,000 coverage required, or $300,000 combined single-limit liability.
