Keosauqua Health Care Center are hiring a Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations in Keosauqua, IA !

The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing the need for, developing, and delivering physical therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation.

Shift Available
  • Part-time

Responsibilities:
  • To provide quality physical therapy care within the PT scope of practice in accordance with established standards of practice, department procedures and productivity standards
  • To assist in the evaluation process and with identifying a target list, including short-term goals, long-term goals and treatment plan

Qualifications
  • Licensed Physical Therapist; BLS certification
