The ro le you'll contribute:

Supports physical therapy care delivery by preparing treatment area, patients, equipment, and materials.

The valu e you'll bring to the team:

• Assists staff with patient care, treatment and other tasks by correctly and promptly carrying out assigned activities/duties
• Prepares treatment room for patients by following prescribed procedures and protocols
• Provides information to patients by answering questions and requests
• Maintains safe and clean working environments, while adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations
• Performs therapeutic procedures under the supervision of a physical therapist
• May guide a patient through an established exercise program and ultrasound under the direct supervision of a therapist
• Assists physical therapist with patients
• Anticipates needs and prepares to assist with patient care. Ensures patient and staff safety by recognizing situations which place patient or staff at risk and responds appropriately

Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
• High School Education or equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
