PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT, CARDIOLOGY (FT; 5 Days/wk) - Temple Faculty Practice

Our state-of-the-art facilities make getting the advanced care you need and want easier and more convenient, with the complete range of cardiologic services available at each location. Specialty programs for conditions such as acute pulmonary embolism, advanced heart failure, AFib, coronary artery disease, high cholesterol, & vascular disease bring together the specialists and care you need in one place.

Our cardiologists are dedicated to improving lives, one patient at a time. Our Cardiology team extends past Temple University Hospital to also cover the Temple Cardiology at Jeanes Hospital, Temple Health Oaks, Temple Health Fort Washington, Temple Physicians @ Palmer Park, Temple/Chestnut Hill Cardiology, & Temple Health/Episcopal Hospital.

Education

Bachelors Degree (Required)

Other : Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program. (Required)

Experience

3 Years experience in a clinical specialty environment (Preferred)

4 years experience as a physician assistant (Preferred)

Experience in an outpatient / ambulatory setting (Preferred)

General experience with EPIC EMR (Preferred)

Licenses and Certifications

NCCPA - Certified Physician Assistant (Required)

MPA-LIC - PA Medical Physician Asst Lic (Required)

BLS - Basic Life Support (Required)

Hours: 7:00am-5:00pm
