Physician - Part-time Internal Medicine Geriatrics

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a part-time physician in the northwestern part of Connecticut. We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible physician to provide clinc-based, geriatric care within a senior living community.
Role: Geriaitrican (mix of o utpatient geri consults and primary care) or Internist (outpatient, clinic-based primary care)
Location: Canaan, CT
Setting: Outpatient, clinic-based
Schedule: Part -time, weekdays only, 16 hours per week
Call: Infrequent phone call only
