Required Qualifications:
California Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $35,000 to $75,000 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:

- The customized program will be completed at Optum California and/or virtually with deep exposure to primary and specialty care the practice environment that will require a commitment of only a few hours per month

Required Qualifications:
- M.D. or D.O.
- Transitioning into the final year of a Family Medicine / Internal Medicine residency or early into the final year
