Job Summary:
Coordinates and analyzes data collections related to hospital quality and performance initiatives. Plans and coordinates the development of indicators that apply to the measurement of performance; initiating and facilitating process improvements. Works as a team member on performance improvement projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education bachelor's degree in health-related field preferred.
Licensure/ Certification None.
Experience At least two years' experience working with healthcare data and metrics.
Experience with quality teams and serving as a team facilitator in a health care facility preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Knowledge and experience with relational databases and data analysis tools. • Ability to provide consultative and analytical support including design, implementation, coordination, and data querying to support clinical improvement work. • Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English. • Proficient with MS Office including advanced Excel, reporting tools, database/data analytical skills, and able to learn new software rapidly.
