Pay Range: $150, 000 - $250, 000/year DOE

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all case stages from initial consultation to resolution, keeping clients informed throughout
• Create and execute legal strategies to secure the best outcomes in settlements or trials
• Handle all litigation activities including negotiations, pleadings, and court motions
• Represent clients in court, effectively presenting their cases and arguments
• Work closely with a dedicated paralegal and case manager to manage cases efficiently
• Prepare and review legal documents ensuring compliance with laws
• Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited university
• 5+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience
• Must be currently barred in the state of California
• Experience with three jury trials is highly preferred
• Proficient in using legal software such as Smart Advocate and Lexus Nexus
• Excellent multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
• Open to constructive feedback and continuous professional development
