Your role

Are you driven to provide superior customer service? Do you have strong project management skills? We are looking for someone like you to:

• respond to client requests and drive client satisfaction by consistently meeting SLAs
• be accountable for all aspects of service delivery, as it relates to plan administration
• be responsible for meeting client deliverables such as processing trades and settlement paperwork, client reporting, project work and purchase or lapse testing
• adhere to audit process and ensure UBS remains compliant in all audit surveys
• analyze client data to ensure accurate processing of import files, transactions or reports
• ensure all participant stock plan transactions are correctly processed and settled in a timely manner
• survey and track Disqualifying Dispositions
• manage high level assigned clients (quantity and/or complexity)
• interact with internal clients regarding stock plan database, inquiries and corrections

Your team

UBS provides equity compensation plan administration and wealth management services to corporate plan sponsors and plan participants. Our goal is to: (1) provide effective corporate solutions to drive new and retain existing corporate relationships and (2) provide insight and advice to participants regarding their equity plan awards and broader financial wellness to drive additional wealth management business.
As a member of the Corporate Services team within WWS, the Plan Administrator is responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of the corporate client equity plans and maintaining the corporate client database.

Your expertise

• understanding of equity plan compensation and the Wealth Management industry
• ability to balance corporate responsibility and risks opposite client needs
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize work load
• well developed analytical and problem solving skills necessary to identify and recommend solutions
• detail oriented and able to deliver excellent customer service
• proficient in MS Office suite; specifically in Excel (required)
• Undergraduate degree in business, equivalent experience required
• CEP Level 1 or willingness to pursue
• ideally, 2+ years of experience in equity compensation
