Insight Global is looking for a Platform Manager to work at one of our top clients that is in the Manufacturing industry. This person will be managing a team of roughly 5 business analysts globally. This person will be responsible for defining roadmaps of processes for their quality and service, including: warranties, claims, returns and repairs. This team will be working to define requirements with the business team while working with the technical team to help implement these processes within Salesforce. This person will be making best recommendations to leadership team to help drive their services. They will be assigned to the following IT disciplines or services: Business Systems, CRM, Service Cloud Solutions, Telephony Platforms, Quality Management Solutions, Telecommunications and Data.

Required Skills & Experience

* Bachelor's degree in any field

* 8-10+ years of professional experience in IT with proven leadership experience

* Quality Management experience in a services environment

* Previous experience globally deploying a CRM platform (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle)

* Experience defining roadmaps and working with stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Masters Degree

* Experience implementing Salesforce

* Experience working in the manufacturing industry
